Oklahoma signs Spencer Rattler
Rattler played in Phoenix, Arizona this season at Pinnacle High School. Now, even with all of the success, Oklahoma has had at the quarterback position, this is the first time they have signed the number one player at the position.
Rattler verbally committed to the Sooners in June of 2017.
